“I had never experienced this type of dining. All you can eat but you order in waves, cook the meats on the grill in the table, then order again when there's space. We were full after two rounds, and they were happy to give us as much more as we asked.
I would describe it as good not great, but definitely worth trying if you haven't before. They will help you cook and serve the meat. Just be patient as it's a bit of a learning curve first time in terms of ordering and eating.“

“This location is fantastic! The food is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's worth any wait that you may have to deal with during busy times. We went out last night and it was four adults and one child. Our dinner was reasonably priced for what we got. Our waiter, Gustavo, was so good! He had a great attitude and was very funny and pn top of things in terms of getting items needed, clearing and making space, refills, everything. He was excellent. Chris, the manager, was amazing. I can see why he's in that role. He had a great personality and easily interacted with everyone. He made sure the experience was a good one and even made our day with a little extra of the white balsamic dressing - that let me tell you is quite possibly my favorite dressing. Everything we've had here has been very good, but the spicy chicken bites are great. Nice flavor, sweet and a little bite to them. The steaks are really good - flavorful, not dry and not chewy. It's all so good. We can't wait to go back!“

When she arrived she was greeted by the friendly and kind Miss Mabel herself. Mabel was accommodating, personable, and went above and beyond for our order. Now, the food that Mabel cooked was quite literally some of the best bbq I've had in years. I ate a shameful amount of ribs (perfectly cooked), and washed it down with delicious collared greens. Mabel's will 100% be my new bbq spot now and forever.“

“We met Cass’ wife at Shady Maple today and she was handing out sample of their BBQ sauce on chicken. Oh. My. Lord! This sauce hit my mouth and I was immediately hit with this mixture of Carolina and Memphis style sauces, then a little bit of heat that was absolutely perfect! We spent some time talking to her about their recipe and where they’re from and after about 5 minutes had a bottle in the cart. I knew about 7 seconds into the sauce hitting myself tongue that I was going to buy it but I NEEDED to know more about the folks who created it. We can’t wait to start using it, as a condiment for dipping and of course smothered on some pork. We’ve definitely found a new favorite!“

“We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. It was by far the best meal of the weekend. The combination of 3 meats, cheese. lettuce, tomato and amazing BBQ sauce was mind blowing! “I’m not always a huge fan of Saloon with how rowdy some people get but the food and drinks more than make up for it. Outdoor dining is top notch and I have to force myself to try different foods here because everything is so good. Very homey and comfort food with super fun drinks and an awesome selection. The servers are also super super sweet and they book great live music (shout out to Lee James).“
