“I had never experienced this type of dining. All you can eat but you order in waves, cook the meats on the grill in the table, then order again when there's space. We were full after two rounds, and they were happy to give us as much more as we asked.
I would describe it as good not great, but definitely worth trying if you haven't before. They will help you cook and serve the meat. Just be patient as it's a bit of a learning curve first time in terms of ordering and eating.“

“Great experience all the way around. Food was delicious( bit too salty, but that's typical for restaurant fare). Had chicken, baked potato, and salad. The potato was baked to perfection, not overcooked as I am used to.
Salad was great size and filled with ingredients other than lettuce. The chicken , juicy, and flavourful.
My dinner partner had the rack of ribs, which was also delicious. Her potato was consistent with mine, soft and not hard outside skin. Perfect.

“We met Cass’ wife at Shady Maple today and she was handing out sample of their BBQ sauce on chicken. Oh. My. Lord! This sauce hit my mouth and I was immediately hit with this mixture of Carolina and Memphis style sauces, then a little bit of heat that was absolutely perfect! We spent some time talking to her about their recipe and where they’re from and after about 5 minutes had a bottle in the cart. I knew about 7 seconds into the sauce hitting myself tongue that I was going to buy it but I NEEDED to know more about the folks who created it. We can’t wait to start using it, as a condiment for dipping and of course smothered on some pork. We’ve definitely found a new favorite!“

“We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. Outdoor dining is top notch and I have to force myself to try different foods here because everything is so good. Very homey and comfort food with super fun drinks and an awesome selection.
