25 minute wait in line in the drive through only to have my order so screwed up everyone did not get lunch. They used to be super efficient. what happened today was totally unacceptable. it was caused by them changing their traffic pattern to form a bottleneck. I will not be back. Fast food isn't worth waiting 25 minutes for.
