I had such a wonderful amazing experience with a lovely young girl named Josephine! She was so polite and kind. Made me the most delicious gelati!!
I’d like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Heaven during my recent visit to Rita’s. Despite being the only employee on duty, she delivered a level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness that truly stood out. Heaven managed each task—taking orders, preparing items, and assisting customers—with patience and a positive attitude that made the experience genuinely enjoyable.
