We arrived. Difficult to find the entrance of the restaurant instead of the cafeteria of the lodge. "See the bartender to have a seat". We waited, the two of us, in front of the bar to be seated. A young lady came out and attended another customer to pay. Not even a glance saying I'll be with you soon. We felt unwelcomed and not attended at all.

Delicious food. We had the prime rib special which was very flavorful. Fish and chips was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy and delicious. My wife had the meatloaf which was very good, the onions give it extra crunch. Food was excellent. We got the clam dip for an appetizer.
Cool atmosphere and really good food. We had the prime rib special and the open face meatloaf (hold the bun) followed with the brownie sundae and everything was great. They even asked how done we wanted the prime rib. The best part was the crab dip appetizer. We may go back again as there was so much on this menu we wanted to try.

Our waitress was the nicest person I’ve ever met and very attentive. The burger was also cooked the way I asked and delicious. We went back before we left town because we had such a nice experience. I’m not sure why this place isn’t more crowded.

When on a golf package that included breakfast and dinner. Dinner included an appetizers entre and desert. Our appetizers was a family ste bowl of Mac & cheese with shredded beef, BBQ sauce and onion straws. Was basically uneditable. Amazing after dropping the cost for a golf package you codn't even select your own appetizers. Staff tried but were overwhelmed

After almost a 2 hour wait I got a cold raw steak and then waited another 30 minutes for a ice cream sunday that never came out... The people who work here are great and always nice I do have to say that. The management has gone seriously down hill drastically since the resort has been bought out. Been coming here every for 30+ years and the food is the worst I have ever seen and tasted. Very disappointed

After almost a 2 hour wait I got a cold raw steak and then waited another 30 minutes for a ice cream sunday that never came out... The people who work here are great and always nice I do have to say that. The management has gone seriously down hill drastically since the resort has been bought out. The food was delicious but the wait and service was terrible. We went for a bday reservation and the staff kept passing by until my husband had to walk to them to ask for service. Then the next day it happen again for dinner, they just looked at us and pass by while we were still waiting at the host table, again my husband had to look for services and we just decided to take it to go instead of dealing with more horrible service. When we got the food the fries were burnt and barely had any and the food was just cold as if it was made hrs ago.

Waited over 20 min to be acknowledged by one of the various server that passed by me at the host booth, I finally got fed up and had to walk up to one of the servers that was just talking with another at the bar. Mind you a few of them had made eye contact with me various times while I waited to be seated. At this time I just decided to take make my order to go, a simple cheese burger and fries. Once I open the box turns out the burger was old and cold as if it was just a messed up order that they decided to just throw in a box and same with the fries nice and cold and old. In a nutshell I highly recommend you save your money and get food elsewhere. Terrible service and restaurant all together.

Tough to find vegan stuff at ski resorts, but they were knowledgeable about veganism and their menu and knew that the portobello sandwich was vegan, in addition to info about dressings and substitutions
