“Ryan was excellent. He was hopping from table to table the entire time, always with a smile. He was perfectly friendly and professional to us and we saw him the same with his other guests. Im sure he was tired,from such a long day, but it barely showed. We saw him acknowledge incoming guests, seating them and I can say I never saw him miss a beat. No wonder he's trained for mgmt. Good choice as he is an asset to your company. We dont see this kind of work ethic too much in other establishments these days. Congrats to Ryan.“

“First time going there and I loved it. Only thing was Canadian bacon was a little overcooked. Place was clean and cozy. Reminds me of a truck stop which I suggested to a nearby customer. Alana was amazing and patient. Love the prices and the hospitality. I also like the slot machines even though I lost ?. The French toast was filling and plentiful. I will definitely will return. She was very courteous and responsive to our request and very knowledgeable about the menu. She should be commended for being a valuable member to the Crackerbarrel family. “Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“

“nice atmosphere in general. food was good for the most part although lobster tail was mushy. appetizers were delicious. more than the mishaps with food the service was extremely slow. had a 5:45 reservation. main course came about at 7:30. the staff is friendly. they were overly crowded so guessing that's why they were so slow. this is my second time here. first experience about a year ago was top notch. overall I'd dine here again just to see if that most recent visit was a fluke.“

“We were there last night for dinner and to see the band. What a pleasant experience ! Upon driving up didn’t know what to expect, our first time there. Friendly staff all around beginning with receptionist who gave us a little tour of the layout. Our server was so busy very pleasant and attentive, food was excellent, high quality and delicious. After dinner went to the outside bar where the band was performing. Again very pleasant and attentive servers. If you’ve been there you know, if not make plans to go. “Nubia (manager) and her staff are lovely and the flavors/variety are impressive! It’s great to have a place like this on campus - a nice mix of faculty/staff and students use this for lunch. It’s a mix of buffet style with a formal dining room experience (wait staff for drinks and busking the tables). Nubia really makes you feel at home! Go check it out. All for about $10!“
