This place is truly a landmark in Farrell. Formerly known as Basilones, to the new owners at Farrell Hilltop Tavern. Their lunch specials are all great and priced is right. The iconic Margie Dog, what can you say, the best hot dog around.
A great place for classic Margie Dogs, lunch specials that are very good and affordable. Plus the owners are great people. Dieter is so much fun to talk to. Highly recommend Hilltop (formerly Bassilones) Tavern!

Iconic staple of Farrell and the Shenango Valley. Formerly known as Basilone's but now back to the original name "Farrell Hilltop Tavern." Food is second to none. Owners are wonderful. Can't go wrong with a pizza or the iconic Margie Dog.
