Happy to have Dim Sum here. It's great to grab some dumplings before a film at the theater. The dumplings and soups are really good. So glad this place opened.

I had moved out of the area and was back visiting and wanted some good soup dumplings and decided to give Dim Sum Factory a try and it was excellent! I want to try every dish on the menu! My fav. was the Pork Soup Dumplings. To. Die. For.

I came here after a movie and am pleasantly surprised at how good everything was! I had the spicy pork soup dumpling and shrimp dumplings. They were the best dumplings I’ve had in a while! The server was fleet kind from the door.

We discovered this place when they opened a couple months ago and it’s become one of our favs! Service is always fast and the food is amazing. Our go-tos are the pork dumplings, beef skewers, cucumber salad, the potatoe pancake…YUMMY!!!!

My husband and I just ate at Dim Sum Factory. It was delicious! I also appreciated the variety of food choices (but not too many).
The service was quick, efficient and friendly.
The atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel comfortable to stay and eat. I usually prefer take out.
I will definitely come back here. I’m also going to try take out

SO GOOD! This place is new - atmosphere and decor are clean and trendy; service was prompt and friendly; and the food was incredible! Highly recommend the beef pancake - mouth watering.

The food here was generally good, but I was disappointed with the hard rice. The portions were quite small, especially considering the high prices. Additionally, I was surprised to find that they charged for rice, which is usually free at most places when you spend $90 on dine in and take out. (Rice was $2). When it was time to pay for the bill I was only going to tip them $9 since they barely came to the table. Server 101 always check if your table needs more drinks or wanna order more which we did. But the lady saw what I put for the tip and ask me for a higher tip. Like how are you not embarrassed. If you came to our table more I would tip you $15. At the end I just tip her $12 and she gave me a dirty stare like what!!! I know dam well the younger girl working there wasn't getting the tips because it goes straight to the manager pocket. I'm Asian so I know for a fact.
