Dim Sum Factory Flourtown

We have ordered take out from the Flourtown location on 3 occasions. They forgot items on every order. On the 3rd order I called and specifically requested that they double check my items. Items were still missing upon delivery. The restaurant takes no responsibility and blames DoorDash. As if DoorDash is packing the food into the bag.

This place so far is great, even the stuff i didn’t really love was still good. The ribs a worth it alone, fried rice is top tier, scallion pancake is the best we’ve had in a while my. Staff was very friendly when i order our take out. Looking forward to trying more items

I had almost the best general tso’ shrimp I ever had! Nice size shrimp and the sauce was good! Also had the shrimp dumplings, I’ve had better but not bad.

Now the sad part is, the service was horrible!! We walked in and stood at the counter waited to be seated. Two gentlemen walked in after us. The server came out and went straight to them and asked how many. We stood there in shock.

After seating, it took us a while to order and it was very lite inside. The food came and it was delicious! So I wanted to bypass the bad intro experience.

The two gentlemen that were seated before us, secretly paid our tab. So that was the highlight of our experience at this restaurant. Thank you gentlemen

I was very excited to see this restaurant opening, a dim sum place in Bethlehem is long overdue, especially with the large amount of Asians in the area (easy way to capitalize on that) - however, the food was very average. Not bad, but not good either. I was the only one there at that time with my Chinese girlfriend, who was hyped even more than me for its opening, and left away similarly disappointed.

I'll go back in time and see if things have changed at all, if it does, I'll update my review, so I hope this is viewed as constructive criticism because I do want them to succeed. At the current quality, you're better off heating up premade dumplings, which is probably what they're doing, unfortunately. If the quality of food improves, you can expect me to be a consistent customer.

Went with a family of 7. I would say overall the food was average. The service was good and the food came out pretty quickly. We ordered a good bit for the table and each one of the flavors were mid. Their crystal shrimp, shrimp shumai, beef noodle soup, bok choy, and soup dumplings were good. The other dishes we ordered: scallion pancakes, pork buns, and chicken steamed dumplings were lacking in flavor. The sesame beef was way too sweet. Their dessert buns were also okay, they were also very mid.

I asked for a very mild/not spicy meal. It was super spicy and I couldn’t finish. I think they just didn’t care.
The waitress was not nice, nor cordial. It was just a very odd vibe, like she was pissed and didn’t want to be here.

Good Evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting. They have been in the shopping center for about a year. Thats how long I have not patronized this area, a year. It was good to be back!!! I had visited the post office, the dollar tree and the Giant prior before coming here. I really liked the look and feel of this place. It was decorated so well. I loved the pictures they had and the decor of the place. Very classy. Whoever designed it did a spectacular job. I must say that the hit of the day was the machine that brought the serving trays. I have never seen anything like it. Soon there will be no use for servers. I ordered shrimp and broccoli. So delicious and I had a lot of shrimp in there, So many places are Skimpy with the shrimp. My total was $23.21. I also ordered an egg roll, they call them spring rolls (2) of them. I couldn't believe that I had exact change down to the penny. God is so Good!!!! I didn't wait long. My food was ready quickly. Next time I will take a picture of the Serving trays. I will definitely be back, a great experience and the bag that your food comes in, its a reusable bag, it can be used again and again with the velcro fastening. I love this place, Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!

Beautiful place I went in for lunch and the server Ricky was super friendly and helpful and made the experience so much better. The food was delicious, very flavorful and rich in taste. The restaurant was so welcoming and cozy. The atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. They have the cutest piggy buns that look like a panda.
