Catered on site for my husband's birthday. Maggie was serving at the food truck for 2.5 hours and was so friendly and served our guests with a big smile. Everyone loved the food truck and the food was DELICIOUS. The dry rub was heavy on flavor for the ribs, chicken, and brisket. Sides were made from scratch and you could taste the difference. I think Babalouie’s IS more than likely the best BBQ “this side of the Mason Dixon line.” I’ve had enough south of the Mason Dixon Line to make this educated assertion. I started with the ribs and pulled pork for my family, and I can’t wait to go back for the Brisket. The cornbread is incredible. It’s a big slab, not a little “muffin top” sized bite.
