“The best Korean BBQ in the Philadelphia area. They use charcoal for the grill which gives it a good charbroiled smokey flavor. The waiters cook the meat for you. Most other KBBQ places use electric / gas stove, so the charcoal is super cool.Slightly more pricey than the average KBBQ, but it makes sense because the quality, taste, and authenticity is way above average.The service is very good too. We got on the house korean soda drinks to try at the end of our meal from a kind older man.Def try !! It's super delicious.“

“We had a 5 PM reservation in Havertown for a friend’s Birthday dinner. We were promptly seated and had a hard time choosing because everything sounded so good. Two of us had 1/2 pound ribs, one had duck and one had pulled pork. We shared three sides, French fries, collard greens and Brussels sprouts. Because of a mixup in the order getting to the kitchen, we waited over an hour for our food. The server was very gracious and apologetic. To accommodate us, the bartender gave us a round of free cocktails. The food was worth the wait! The collards and Brussels sprouts were to die for. The quantity on the ribs was huge and I ended up taking 4 of them home. They were tender and meaty. This was their first opening weekend in Havertown and the place was busy. I truly hope they do well because the food is delicious!“

“I stopped off at Mission Barbecue in Plymouth Meeting today for lunch and it was delicious (especially the Brisket). Plus, I was incredibly surprised at how nice the staff was. We came on the early side for lunch so they weren't quite finished cutting the potatoes for fries yet when we tried ordering them. 10 minutes into our meal they came over with a giant free platter of fries. Then, when we were getting ready to leave the manager came over and gave us a bunch of free chocolate chip cookies when she heard it was our first time there. If you're down that way near the mall, I highly recommend them. I wish I had remembered to take some pictures to post.“

“my platter was fine. I got a shrimp, chicken and beef platter but ordered mixed veggies instead; I’m assuming the platters normally comes with rice . The meat was good, the veggies were cooked perfect but I didn’t like that there were diced onions mixed with the peas carrots & corn (in addition to the grilled peppers and onions). The grilled onions and peppers were fine but didn’t like the extra diced onions. I’d definitely go back, just would probably stick to whatever normally comes with the platter (unless they offer grilled veggies instead of the peas/carrots/corn/diced onions)platter was made in timely manner (less than ten minutes) despite them being pretty busy when I went (around 2pm), the girl who took my order was nice.“

WAY TO GO GOOGLE!! We shared 2 incredibly yummy & imaginative sandwiches (a phenomenal crabcake & a grilled goat cheese). “The closest I can get to Korea in Philly!!! After living in KR for a year, I am always on the hunt for real Korean food that hits like back home and this is it. We got the stir fried pork and kimchi (김치제육볶음) and the hot stone bibimbap (돌솥비빔밥) and they were incredible. The kimchi and pork were so tender and flavorful. The owner is so sweet, she served us, chatted with us in Korean, and gave us extra hot sauce for the bibimbap!! Of all the Korean places I’ve been to in the US, this may be my number one. Cannot wait to come back!“

“We have always had a great experience at this Longhorn. Until tonight. We went in for a steak dinner, and the Jenkintown Longhorn is a place we go often. Until tonight. We ordered our steaks and sides, but my medium steak order came out well done shoe leather. The waitress took the steak back, and by the time my correctly cooked steak was brought out, my family had finished eating. I asked for a box to take my steak home. The bill included my error steak.We spoke to a manager, and he said he would be right back. Another manager, Andrew Richman, came out and asked what the problem was. I told him we should not be charged for a bad steak, and he took my good, boxed up steak and walked away. Andrew was rude and did not care about long-time, frequent customers. Now, former customers. I recommend you go elsewhere for steak. Stay away from Andrew Richmans Jenkintown location.“

“My husband went and picked the food up so I can’t talk about the look but the food was everything the reviews said I got beef ribs Mac and seasoned yellow rice and my husband got brisket greens and yellow rice that bbq sauce was everything we both had mild sauce the ribs were meaty and not just a bunch of fat my husband said the brisket was delicious his only complaint was that the greens had a overpowering vinegar taste so much so he couldn’t enjoy them so he didn’t eat them but everything else was on point and delicious we paid $59 for the 2 platters but it was ribs and brisket so that was a fair price to me service was great from the phone ordering process to pick up this was my first time and I’ll definitely be back“

The tots with beer cheese and their mac n cheese with brisket on top are delish! I ordered Uber eats and wanted to change something on my order but the app doesn't give you the option so I called as soon as I placed the order. The guy had me on hold for 5 mins and when he finally got back I told him what I wanted to change he proceeded to tell me I called too late but I didn't you had me on hold as soon as I called! “It's a food court style. You order up front and sit down. Once the remote buzzes, you get your food. They have 5 items on the menu, and everything we've tasted so far is amazing. 돈까스 is big, 순대국, 돼지국밥, and 설렁탕 are amazing. My husband loves their kimchi. It's really good.“

“I love how friendly Danni is, she puts you in a great mood from the beginning to the end, with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! However none of us didn't care for the breaded chicken that we had a few days ago, it was entirely too much breading, a simple coating of flour is perfect, please, please, please go back to the old way of frying the chicken. We were looking so forward to the food but the chicken tasted like it was refried and was not good at all. Other then that the food is EXCELLENT, the vegetables are cooked nicely, the shrimp and the fish is cooked southern style the way we like it and don't get me started on the Chocolate Cake, it just melts in your mouth. We were disappointed with the fried chicken, all three of us had the fried chicken in the past and it has ALWAYS been delicious but this time all three of us didn't like it this time around. I'm going back though! Is there a way to order the chicken cooked in flour only, if so, I'm on my way! It's certainly worth the wait“
