El Camino Real Reviews
Disgusting. That’s the only word I can use to describe the state of the table when we were seated. It was sticky, had visible smears of something and dry hardened heaps. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned —and honestly, who knows when it was cleaned last?
If a restaurant can’t be bothered to wipe down a table before seating new customers, it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. It’s basic hygiene, not a favor.

Best Mexican food I’ve ever had hands down! Their Pina Colada is so good. You can’t go wrong with anything from here. 5 stars!!!
So disappointed. I get slow service, I really do but there’s a line. It’s even worse when everything you order has to be sent back. Everything. I’ll leave it as screwing up a child’s grilled cheese. They take your CC before you even order and add 20%. That’s cause they knew they suck.

El Camino Real is a popular spot, known for its lively Quizzo nights and delicious Mexican cuisine. The menu offers a variety of options, with seitan available to make most dishes vegetarian. Customers appreciate the attentive service and cozy atmosphere, complete with heated outdoor seating, TVs for sports, and a friendly staff. The restaurant is praised for its generous meat portions, tasty margaritas like the frozen strawberry and hibiscus margaritas, and dishes like Pig Wings, shrimp burritos, and the American Burger with pineapple. While some cocktails like the Lavender Lemonade or Spicy Watermelon may occasionally be unavailable, the bartenders craft strong, flavorful drinks. The elote brussel sprouts could use more seasoning, but the food comes out fast and the staff remains pleasant and accommodating. Despite occasional temperature control issues, El Camino Real remains a welcoming environment for all.
