My lady and I enjoyed this location earlier (2/19/20) and we've never had problems here. Our server was fun and interactive so that was awesome. For us, no one out-pizzas the hut.
Jacob is the heart and soul of Pizza Hut. He makes amazing pizzas, has amazing customer service skills, and is a loyal person. He is honest, but kind. Jacob deserves a raise and honestly deserves to be the manager if he isn’t already.
i had i miscommunication thru the system when order my food online for delivery so it focused me to come in the store to solve the problem. Any service was great store clean and look like the shift manager runs the facility the right way. Thanks Morgan
Pizza Hut offers good food, typical for the chain, and has received praise for its friendly staff. The two older ladies working hard to keep things on track deserve recognition. The phone service and delivery are noted for being professional and courteous. Customers have mentioned that the staff is usually polite, but there have been issues with order communication, including missing items like a 2 liter soda. Overall, it is a mixed experience with room for improvement, but the tasty pizza makes it worth a visit.
