The only place around that still makes FRESH raised donuts. They have cookies and brownies and bread as well. They do have filled donuts but you have to get there early, or order ahead of time. Cash or check.
I grew up in Ford City. The owners when I was a child handed down the bakery to their kids. Every time I am in Ford city I MUST stop snd buy the pecan ting. The fruit filled sweet rolls. The maple covered cinnamon twists. Not to mention the buns. Now I’ve added their hoagies which are huge, filled to brim with meats and the goodies and ridiculously inexpensive. Can’t forget the snack cakes. Same amazing quality 60 years later. Congratulations Mike, family, employees.

The donuts are fresh baked, and are some of the best donuts you can get in the area. Somehow, the donuts are also some of the cheapest you can get. An amazing place to go to if you need a donut.
