“This is a stapel of Ford City, this localy owned ice cream shop has flavors of the day so there is always new homemade flavors to try.The icecream is always great and never disapoints and they also offer food options like burgers and fries aswell.Make sure you have cash as they don't accept card.I enjoy getting milkshakes and taking joy rides through crooked creek park wich is just down the road of the intersection where speedys is located.”

“Amazing place in the middle of Ford City. The donuts are both amazing and cheap. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They love to talk with their customers, and make you feel welcome. The donuts are fresh baked, and are some of the best donuts you can get in the area. Somehow, the donuts are also some of the cheapest you can get. An amazing place to go to if you need a donut.”

“5 star dive bar in Ford City, PA! It's a small quaint bar with maybe 10 stools. IC Light drafts were cheap and they had some of the best Hot Sausage I've ever had. It's prepared by the bartender on a griddle right behind the bar and the sub roll is amazing as well. Their pastrami on rye is worth it for the delicious rye bread alone. I think it's from a local bakery. It's cheap and delicious and worthy of a long drive from Harmar (and a flight from Orlando) for some good food... and cheap beer!”

“Our closest friends had moved to Ford City and they mentioned how wonderful the pizza is here. On one of our visits we had the pleasure of ordering pizza from The Pizzaria and we absolutely loved it! The crust has a perfect firmness that doesn’t bend while eating it. The sauce is definitely the star of their pizza creation as it ties the crust and toppings together. The Pizzaria has perfected great pizza and should be proud of themselves.”

“My family and I love Harper's Grill! They have amazing food! I highly recommend their customized black Angus burgers and their salads, particularly their Hawaiian pineapple chicken salad! Staff are sweet and kind, wait times are never too long. Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time here...I came in to play some skills games with a friend. We both won a good amount of cash while laughing with the bartender and the other patrons. He and I don't usually drink, but a young lady offered us a shot and we were happy to be treated like old friends by people we didn't know ten mins prior but are now old drinking buddies lol..the bar and pool table areas and skills games were all clean.... I enjoyed myself tonight ☺️ very much!”

“I have been to basically every Chinese food place in the area. I love general tsos chicken but it has to be made properly which includes a spicy sauce. Everytime I order general tsos I request it extra spicy but to great disappointment almost everytime it is simply sweet and not spicy. Well, I told them extra spicy and they did not disappointment! It had a perfect amount of heat, chicken was cooked perfect, and the delivery time was only 20mins. Thank you for the delicious meal, ill be back soon!”

“My wife stopped in for lunch, and was blown away by the food, service, and how welcoming the locals were. Heck, one guy even offered us to try his wings. After spending the weekend in Pittsburgh, this place offered the best food and was very reasonably priced. We both got the steak and cheese, and there was enough steak to almost have two sandwiches. And it wasn't that cheap chipped steak either. It was good tender meat with great flavor. We live over an hour away, and it will be well worth the drive to come back. Thanks to the staff and the locals for making us feel welcome.”

“I travel around western PA quite a bit and my wife and I like to stop and small, independent "American style" restaurants as much as we can, rather than chains. I have passed this restaurant, and the very noticeable giant cowboy, more than once and always been curious. I actually passed it once searching for an entrance (btw, easiest to come in at the gas station).The restaurant did not disappoint. They had a great menu with a lot of selections. The service was friendly and fast. The food that we got was really good and had plenty of portion size. I actually had one of the best reubens I've had and I've eaten them in German restaurants. It wasn't soggy and disgusting. It tasted great and was well cooked. My wife loved her food too.They apparently do car cruises and the whole nine yards, do this place really is a cool blast to the past and the kind of restaurant more of us should be supporting.”

“I will say that perhaps Mel's pizza may not be the best in town. With that said, it is one of the most consistent around. When you order one with your favorite toppings. You can be guaranteed it will taste and look identical to the one you had last week.I wish they would bring back all the great beer they had before.”

Throughout the whole planning process, Emily was super communicative, helpful, and accommodating to say the least.When we arrived the day of the shower, we were all blown away at how beautiful everything was! We requested a “Bridgerton Tea Party” aesthetic and got just that. Emily & Morgan took great care of us and constantly made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.I couldn’t recommend hosting an event here more. HUGE thank you to everyone at the Meredith Inn for making my sister’s shower fabulous. We couldn’t have done it without you!”
