Ryan's Creek House

We ordered take out today and it was not great. Two fish sandwich dinners, an eight cut pizza and potatoe skins. The fries where so old they were grey and hard as a rock. I called to let them know and the girl plainly said it's not that I don't believe you, but.... Highly disappointing and won't be returning unfortunately. Sixty dollars wasted.

I called in for take out. and when they picked up they hung up . I tried calling back. and no one picked up... tried again and same thing that is bad service.

Service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Waitress never came back to check on us for our 2+ hours we were there! Had to go to bar to get refills on drinks. Which seemed to be the common thread of other tables doing the same thing. Saw several folks get seated and leave as they never saw staff come to their table. Our waitress Never came back to see how r food was after it was deliver an hour after we ordered. Understand your busy but good gravy an occasional check from wait staff would be nice. Never came back to check in. When are salad finally arrived the waitress just slide it on table and kept on walking. We have been coming here for several years and have never experienced such poor service!

Stopped at Ryan’s tonight to grab a bite before closing. We asked when we walked in if it was still ok to order. We were told the kitchen does close very soon to get orders in fast. No biggy sat down and ordered as we already knew what we wanted. Same thing as always chicken wings with gold rush, fries and my husband got the meat lovers Mac. Waitress was super nice the entire time so props to that. The food on the other hand HORRIBLE my wings were still half frozen when she walked them out of the kitchen. The sauce which is usually more of a runny texture was thick and almost gel like. My fries were definitely not fresh. My husband got his Mac and it was good but I was pretty disappointed. I get when it close to closing we all want to go home but this was horrendous for my meal. Once again props to the waitress for being kind and comping my wings but now here I am laying in bed hungry. We will not be back anytime soon.

Beautiful bldg. but looks like it was closed at one time then new owner trying to make a go at it. Not one decoration and or picture on the walls. Stacks of napkins shoved under the feet of the tables to balance them. Bathroom are beautiful again but filthy! Mirrors look liked the where cleaned with a dirty kitchen rag, garbage cans over flowing, floors mopped with a dirty mop and water I’d bet. Now, the food…. Appetizers were ok, typical fried stuff. Dinners ( steak salad, NY strip ) HORRIBLE!! Steak had chucks of burned charcoal on it from the grill ( probably from previous food burnt ) it was a thin steak with not so good fresh taste to it. Ranch dressing was liquified mayo I think! French onion soup COLD! We will never make that drive again!!!! Very disappointed!!

This past Sunday was our first time we've been here. Our server Carrie was awesome. Friendly, quick, attentive, and had great recommendations. Everything was clean and tidy. Food was absolutely amazing and HUGE portions. We got 3 meals out of our meal. Pretty crazy. And you can't beat the pricing for the quality and portion size.

Most visits to Ryan’s have been exceptional, but service last night was average at best. We had a party of 8, and 2 special requests on salad toppings. Server was clearly annoyed and could not only do lettuce and cucumbers because she didn’t cut many cucumbers. Stated salads are made ahead of time. We got charged for extra dressing when we didn’t get the dressing with the salads. Food was not the quality we normally get here. Very disappointing visit and I’m hoping future visits aren’t going to be the same.

50/50 on overall experiences. Have had great food and not so great food. Ordered the fish sandwich and fries. Fish was good in thicker areas that weren’t hard. bun was very dry. French fries were completely dehydrated and hard, almost like drum sticks. I said that I didn’t want a box for leftovers because I didn’t enjoy it. I was told they sell a lot of fish sandwiches and everyone likes them. Received 20% off the meal

Amazing service! Our waitress tonight was Michelle and she was awesome!

I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad.
But I feel compelled to review my experience tonight at Ryans.
My boyfriend and I go to Ryans around once a month.
But today will sadly be our last trip.
Started off alright.
We were greeted by a very sweet girl who sat us. We ordered the nachos with pulled pork. Which i will say, they were delicious!
But then it made a turn for the worse.
I ordered the piggy pork burger, he ordered a burger as well.
The pictures they post on Facebook vs what I got. Is actually shocking. Bun was completely different they show a beautiful brioche bun, smothered in bbq sauce, i didnt get any bbq sauce at all not a single drop, the burger itself was thin and just not what they use to be and way over seasoned, and the bun that resembles a big mac bun... The waitress hardly even came around, we tried to get her attention to at the very least give me a side of bbq sauce to put on it.
Never came to our table til she asked if I wanted a box, as I only ate 3 bites of my burger.
All we said was the burgers sure changed. We weren't asking for a discount but simply speaking facts as we come there often.
We got nothing but a very rude attitude in return. Not from just one person, but two.
Saying the burgers are and always have been the same..we also asked to speak to Ryan himself and he never did come out.
The manager did ask me if I wanted a cup of bbq as I was putting it in a to go box, I said no I'll just take it home and use my own bbq thank you.
Only to get the check. To find that they didnt give us the 20 percent off burgers for it being a monday as they advertise.
I'm very unhappy with how they handled the situation and sadly will not return.

My first visit to this Gem today and I was 100% impressed! The gang here is firing on all cylinders and running smoothly while being VERY busy. I will be back! Enjoyed it very much!

“Boneless wings” were more like crumbs from bottom of the bag. More breading than chicken.

Gigantic portions. I can't believe how big they are, it's like 3 servings. The cake is a lot of chocolate, moist too. The piggy Mac with BBQ was great. The appetizers was good, hot and crispy. The servers was friendly. Lots of menu choices.

Chair tore my nail off my finger and wasn't even offered a discount! Sad I stayed for my niece to get wings and took 3 hours to come out
