Girls are always friendly here, food turns out as good as subway gets clean for what it is only 4 because there's always room to improve but over all great place always choose to come here then other subways

Terrible experience, ordered online was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 45 minutes of waiting for my food, make it home to realize they’ve completely messed up my entire order, wrong bread, asked for a salad they gave me a wrap, terrible employees

Up until today , I've always had exemplary service at the Ford City Subway location! Today at around 3:30 pm June 2nd was totally different. I'm not sure of the employee's name but she was short and wore glasses. I had made a request for her to cut tomatoes into smaller pieces for my protein bowl and she totally ignored me until I asked a second time and she said they don't do that. It was never a problem with any of the other employees. I will add that I patronize this store frequently and never had an issue before. Continueing, I had to ask for more onions as she literally only put 4 small pieces in the bowl. When she was ringing me out I asked for croutons and she again ignored me. After placing the bowl in the bag, I again asked for croutons and she then told me that croutons don't come with the protein bowls, only salads.
I will continue to go to this store but if she's behind the counter I won't be ordering.

There hogies look nothing like u see on TV u barley get any meat it's all bun unless u pay for Xtra and for all the more you get there way to expensive! That's with any of the subways!
My expectations for subway are low. But even this location seemed to underwhelm. I understand making sandwiches is not a fun job, I worked in the food service industry as a kid, too. But going out of your way to show your apathy is kind of silly. Please just make me a Sub Club and save the existential dread for your cats....
