Just had a very lovely experience with all four employees on duty at Ft Washington. I was having trouble explaining my order and the cashier was very patient, proactively offering to help me, bypassing the kiosk. The employees seem to enjoy their work, joking around together. The employees repeated back my order to ensure that each element was as I ordered (size, milk type, hot/cold etc.), and they worked together efficiently and effectively, offering a drink carrier when my hands...

I always do drive thru. Service is quick and employees are very friendly. Coffee is nice and strong. The only downside is they get much business that they run out of donuts at times
