“I’ve had excellent food every time I’ve been here except on one occasion. They close at 8 and we ordered mini tacos and fried veggies at about 7:30pm. The mini tacos were good, but the veggies were lumped together in a mush ball. Some were still cold. I don’t think the oil was hot enough. Plus the lady that took our order seemed very stressed out and irritated. Make sure you get there earlier in the day, and not before closing. As I said, I’ve had wonderful experiences every time except this last time.“
“This place has THE BEST ice cream EVER! I always get the banana pudding and even drive from Pittsburgh once to get it! The people that work here are VERY kind and helpful! They even gave us ice for our cooler to get my ice cream home unmelted! I just love it here!!!!“
“I really like this place, although I wasn't impressed with their cowboy burger. Everything else I've gotten there has been really good. I immensely like their meatloaf. They also sell fresh made bake goods, the large cinnamon and nut rolls are to die for. Highly suggest if your in the area check them out!!!“
“Great service. Excellent food. Fantastic prices! A trip home is not complete without a stop at Polly’s. No where else can you get a loaded hotdog, fries and a drink for $4.30. Prices you can feed your family. Three of us got dinner and a treat for under $20! Trip home complete! And we’ll be back again every trip home.“
“The food quality of the Valley Dairy Restaurant in Cranberry, PA has diminished greatly. The prices are the highest of similar restaurants in the area but the food is really bad, never warm and has obviously been sitting around for some time. The restaurant has a nice location and used to be comparable to other like establishments but should definitely be avoided now.“
“The food here was fresh, fantastic, and a wonderful play on the senses. The chef’s use of textures is genius. I would recommend the crab sandwich, homemade ricotta, and tamale cakes! The tamale cakes were especially tasty. My (albeit small) gripe is that the room does not have enough soft items in it. While we were there another larger group was having lunch, the volume in the room was overwhelming at times. I will reiterate, still go here! The menu is fun and has something for everyone to love.“
