“As a rule reviews are all about the facts. Food, service, decor etc all rated with stars based on your visit. This place checks all the right boxes for those stars but also gets the intangible too. I immediately felt comfortable walking in here. The eclectic rural decor, awesome affordable food, friendly quick service and more all combined to make this a place I wish was way closer to home, but then I’d never want to leave. Definitely worth a stop, and I’ll be returning for more too.“

“Huey's Place is a Bar, with a *WONDERFUL* and *FRIENDLY* Atmosphere! The Staff was absolutely *WONDERFUL*!! And, the Food was *AWESOME*! Since I'm Lactose -Intolerant, they were able to accommodate Me, by making Me a pizza I could eat, by just putting garlic butter on it, with a few toppings on it! I got Pineapple & mushrooms, and it was SO *GOOD*!! My boyfriend got Fried Perogies with potato& cheese and butter. They were *YUMMY*!!?❤️?❤️?❤️?And, they had a Dart Tournament going on during our visit, which was Great *FUN* to watch, too! I *LOVE* Darts! ❤️?So, if You are in the area....*STOP* on by and *CHECK* *IT* *OUT*!! You'll Be Glad You Did!!?❤️?❤️Vegetarian options: They had lots of veggies to put on pizza and other menu items. And, they were able to accommodate my Lactose -Intolerant "needs" as well.?❤️“

“I would not recommend spending any money at this restaurant owned by trash humans. They are back yard dog breeders who sell Airedale terrier puppies without contracts. I am currently fostering a puppy from them who ended up being sold to someone who was not able to keep up the responsibilities of this powerful breed of dog. when reached out to they blamed the original owner, and took no responsibility for the fact that they chose to sell to this person and gave zero support in helping find a solution for this dog that is now absolutely unmanageable and needs some serious rehabilitation in order to thrive as the smart and powerful breed he is. It's people like this who breed dogs and only have dollar signs in their eyes, instead of being responsible for the life they intentionally created. Don't support either of their businesses.“

“Table for 2 on a Monday at 5pm for my birthday. Indicated “special occasion-birthday” on OpenTable's system. Made it in time for “happy hour” with reduced price appetizers. Ordered shrimp cocktail, burnt beef tips, and cheese steak spring rolls. All 3 were amazing: shrimp were plump, fresh, and packed with flavor. Cheese steak spring roll was crunchy on the outside and warm and cheesy thinly shaved beef inside. The burnt beef tips possessing amazing grill flavor balance with the right amount and tang of bbq sauce! We couldn't pick a favorite they were all that good! She ordered the smash cheeseburger. I ordered surf and they (scallops and short ribs). Her burger was good, if slightly dry from being “smashed” and cooked medium-well (only 1 temperature they stated). My scallops and short ribs were fantastic and full of their corresponding flavors with magnificent presentation. The Columbus Inn rarely disappoints. This was another extremely good dinner. The only negative was there was no acknowledgment of a birthday. We thought the occasion would be acknowledged by a small piece of cake or dessert, since we documented it when making reservations? Regardless, we will be back again soon!“
