Ordered from here last week for a company "Oktoberfest" event. I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager and owner. They went out of their way to help with order placement over the phone (as I was having issues ordering online) and ensuring our pretzels were ready on time. We needed 200 pretzels for a 9:30am pick-up and they arranged to open the store early on a Saturday to accommodate our order.
