Nothing to say but SO GOOD. Great bakery with small dine-in area.
I have no photos cause the bread were too delicious..

✨🥐🧡Pecan sticky bun was so addictive. The dough was laminated and pliable. Sweet but not intense.

🥖🥨🧈The sesame twist French bread was soooooo soft, fluffy, and moist. Great bread to go with butter.

We were just looking for a little snack so we got the Greek quiche and my husband got a cappuccino. Both were great! The ladies working were so personable! They had a cute sitting area that looped around into one of the surrounding shops. It was soo cute!
*I forgot to get a photo of the quiche

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Sheila is a fantastic pastry chef and there is heart in everything she makes. The bakery has tons of seating inside and there’s always space out in the square. Everything is made from scratch with a real European and rustic feel. There’s something for everyone. From cookies for kids or more adventurous loaves of bread.

Wife and I stopped by finally. Got two coconut cold brews... Wow! Phenomenal flavor and good caffeine! Saw the apple cranberry hand pies and had to pull the trigger! I was not disappointed! Nice abs flaky light dough, very tasty filling, not overly sweet just a more natural sweetened taste. Phenomenal! Highly recommend you stop in! Jen and I will definitely be back when we can actually buy some stuff to take home! We were out for our Wedding Anniversary and had a dinner to go to and an. Appointment in Hershey. Too hot to let anything sit in the car sadly! Looking forward to our return visit and trying out more baked goods!

Very small and items weren’t well labeled. Sourdough was good, but there weren’t a lot of other options to choose from. I get it, it was later in the morning and a holiday, but I felt rushed to order and get out. I’m vegan and have worked in a bakery before, so I was trying to figure out what was still available that I could have and asked a question because there were no labels and items were in baskets on a back counter- not because I know nothing about bread. Things could be set up better to expedite service given the size of the location.

Amazing food. The coffee is great. But it depends on who makes the coffee. Shelly is great. She is there during the week and makes wonderful coffee. However the girl on Saturday mornings has no clue on how to flavor coffee. Even if you say extra. Very disappointed

Parking: A dedicated parking spot (1) is right out front & I've always used that space, I normally don't have any issues for parking. If I have to walk a block or 2, it's definitely worth my time.. pastries are 5 star.

The bakery that I normally go to was closed....for some reason and I was craving a cup of coffee and something sweet. So, I decided to try the Gettysburg Baking Company.WOW! What a nice surprise! I selected a Cinnamon Raisin Twist and a Pecan Sticky Bun as well as a cup of coffee. I was surprised at the pricing until I tried the Cinnamon Raisin Twist! IT WAS SO GOOD! It was perfect! This morning I enjoyed the Pecan Sticky Bun and it was also better than any other I have had! EXCELLENT!I will make it a point of going back to try more of these tasty creations whenever I am in Gettysburg!Highly Recommended!
