NEVER ever will go to this place again. We were there when they opened today at 11am and were the first party seated. Took about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. Not great, but not really the gripe. We kept waiting and waiting and waiting for our food. Server just said, “sorry, it will be out.” Waited and waited more. Server was in hiding mode now. Finally 45 minutes after being seated I went back to the bar and asked how i owed for 2 beers and that we were leaving. Server came out and said, “sorry, we are short-staffed”. Short staffed in the kitchen, and we were the first table??? Sounds to me like cook didn’t show up. We paid and while walking back thru the restaurant noticed that no one at all (probably 8-10 tables or so) had been served ANY food. NEVER again! Went up the street to a packed Appalachian Brewery and were in and out in just over a half hour.
They have a very hard time accommodating parties larger than 6. We had 8 so it took some work to get us all together. Our waitress was amazing. The food was good. Cooked perfectly. Came out quick despite being busy. The menu is small but has decent variety.

Food was good. But it took over an hour to get a table at 1 oclock in the afternoon due to us having a group or 5 and limited large party seating

A cute little sandwich/burger/sub shop in downtown. Parking can be an issue, especially if you have a larger vehicle, but is around back. Decent subs, cute decor, friendly staff.

We ate here with my brother and his wife. The food was delicious. The portions were huge. The price was affordable. If we get to Gettysburg again, we will definitely be stopping here!

Stumbled upon Eddie’s in Historic Gettysburg for a late lunch after exploring the battle sites. We were seated immediately and served our food in less than 15 minutes. I enjoyed the firecracker shrimp tacos and my husband got the beer battered shrimp, both fantastic, nice large portions. We went back for dinner, as the main spots were crowded, with long wait times. Glad we did, we were seated quickly and again, served within a short period of time. Their sandwiches are great, I treated myself to their ribeye, wow, amazing! Thank you, Eddie’s! If we are in area again, we’d come back to eat at Eddie’s!!

Good, flavorful food. Our server was very attentive, but not overbearing. Portions are hearty. It's a small, cozy, corner pub kind of place that we were glad to have found.
