Had a rough experience in the heat with no ac in our car and was near heat exhaustion and a very nice young man helped get my husband's wheelchair out of the car and was able to get us inside to cool down. He was a great employee. Wished I would have gotten his name!

One thing I would like to mention is the fact that this McDonald’s had playgrounds both inside and outside. The ball pit was also included, but in the inside. Very rare to find a McDonald’s with playgrounds both indoors and outdoors. This was the only Gettysburg McDonald’s location to include a playground while the other location in Gettysburg did not include one. This location, as of 2012, no longer includes a playplace.

Arrived earlier with a large group of people on a bus tour. Staff were friendly and efficient. Got in and out in a reasonable amount of time despite the high number of visitors who descended on the establishment in mass.
