Asked for Military Discount as I am a Vet - I specifically come to the store because I have always gotten a military discount. Not only was I told that they've never done this, but when I refused to let the girl call me a lier, she went in the back and started bad mouthing me in hearing range of my kids, when I said, "HEY we can hear you out here," the manager told me not to correct her employees.
Chicken on my salad was stop frozen. Disgusting. Never coming back. Do better with your managers, that blonde obviously needs better training.

Catering order was old and stale. Ordered bagels for Friday morning. Bagels were actually baked Wednesday morning. Manager Jake was not concerned. Poor service.

STEALING my food!! Don't order on the APP gives the evening shift opportunities to STEAL your food rushing you through the drive through. I had to drive back 2 times because someone "forgot" to check my bag.

After 6PM I recommend everyone going through the drive through to check that everything you ordered on the APP is in your bag!! Once again!! Another item is missing when I get home to tell my daughter they forgot her sandwich. By the time I get home it's to late and I end up splitting my sandwich with her.

Very short-staffed on a Saturday morning due to staff not showing up for work. Manager understandably overwhelmed working with incompetent staff. Long wait, but food and coffee was good.
