Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Always great!

I went in tonight and had two young employees serve me, a boy and a girl. they were both very rude and passive aggressive, no nice greeting, no smile, no “have a good day”, all just rude up and down looks. both the boy and girl were straight up just oblivious to their customers and rude. the girl was skinny and had brown curly hair, i have witnessed her many times, but she has never been a nice lady. last time i went, my son asked for a sample, she looked him up and down, rolled her eyes, and walked away. i was very shocked at the way she was talking and the looks she had on her face. she has never been a kind lady and usually i always tip but i did infact not tip her the last two times we came in because of her rude approaches. the boy was about the same, very nonchalant and not very polite. the girl was my main concern because she has never been polite. i would maybe try being somewhat polite to your customers if you want a tip, thanks.

I love this Rita’s because it’s so convenient but the past 2 times I’ve come here they’ve given me the wrong flavored ice and it’s upsetting because I keep spending money and get what I didn’t even order. I went tonight and the guy was working alone and very busy and I understand things happen, but I ordered root beer ice and got the cola ice, which was a treat for my dad who unfortunately didn’t like the cola (rightfully so as he was wanting root beer). Just disappointing.

The most handsome man gave me 50 cents and bet me to buy a cup of a sprinkles the nice man happily gave me a cup with a free top of custard for no extra charge. 💞💞

I never got the workers name but he was literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever met

This is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Be sure to get one of the concretes with the filling!

We randomly came across this place and tried the custard twist ice cream. It was creamy, soft and with the right sweetness. I would for sure recommend this place.

Excellent Gelato and many choices
