Overall bad. This place hardly give you meat in the food. I had a steak burrito and had 2 bits of steak. My wife had a crunch wrap and barely any meat. Do better

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bowl, fries, and a drink. I also asked for both Diablo and Fire sauce. When I pulled up to the window, the employee didn’t greet me—he just silently held out the credit card machine. After I paid, he handed me my drink (no straw) and my bag.
Once I checked the bag, there were no sauces or napkins included. The employee didn’t say a single word during the entire interaction. I ended up having to park, go inside, and get the sauces I had already requested. I didn’t realize the straw was missing until I had already left the parking lot.
The disappointing part is that the place wasn’t busy at all—there was only one car in the drive-thru and one person inside ordering. The food itself was fine, but the lack of basic customer service and attention to detail made the experience frustrating. Just a little friendliness and double-checking the order would have made a big difference.

Terrible do not go. They served me nasty onions and old lettuce. The girl that has short colored hair with grey flare jeans. Kinda I do not know her name but resembles lady glitter sparklers She is rude as anything with a nasty attitude. Do not go here unless you want old food, nasty workers.

A bit disappointed. Usually enjoy Taco Bell. My sister ordered delivery, and two hours later nothing. My buddy and I had to drive in, and they made the food when we were there. Food was standard, not worth the subpar service.

Wood table tops are sticky, like someone poured a soda on them and didn't clean them up. Order extra beef for nachos not received, and no lettuce on taco supreme. They seemed overwhelmed with such a simple order. 😞

The drive through employees need a listen in manors and that's coming my 7 year old daughter lol. Unprofessional atmosphere plenty of yelling inside and horse play. I can't imagine what customers think that eating inside this circus.
