This store is always rude and never has any of the national promo items.

Lobby could have been cleaner and food seemed thrown together.

I live in Thailand. Yeah, we’ve got some Taco Bells in Bangkok, but they just don’t taste the same. And besides, I live three hours south of Bangkok, so I basically don’t get Taco Bells unless I come to the US. Today was the first time I have had Taco Bell since I was in Austin last March.
I flew into Dulles this morning to tour Gettysburg and this was my first US meal, just for old time’s sake. I mean, what can I say? It’s Taco Bell. It’s the same consistency pretty much no matter which one you visit.
I like this branch because it’s new and you can order on the touch screen. I got my food within, like, five minutes. I won’t comment on the food. You know what you’re getting and that’s what I got.
Some shady people hanging out in the cars in the parking lot. Had a beater-ass van with a couple and their pit bull sitting in the back noshing on their tacos. Another chick nodding off in her idling Pontiac near the back of the lot.

Everytime i do delivery i order it and it doesnt update properly. The other night i ordered at 11:16 didnt get my food till 1230 and my drink was waterdown because the ice was melted and food was room temp/cold. i just ordered right before 11 and its 1130 and havent gotten any updates or anything everytime i dine in its such an amazing experience but for some reason delivery just isnt it. Not sure if it the restaurant fault or not but they need to update there app/website regularly so i get efficient updates and hate ordering something online and it not even be a thing anymore. App needs update regularly

This taco bell is dead to me. I got up this morning full of life and excited to eat a bacon breakfast crunchwrap. When I arrived to order, I was told that they do not offer taco bell breakfast anymore, which should be a cardinal sin. No redemption is possible. RIP Gettysburg taco bell.

The place is clean. Food is only warm some of the time- about 50%. If you go around 7:00pm they may or may not serve the coffee drink. Depends who is working and the time you arrive. Had an Uber order and went through the drive through and was told I had to come inside to get my order. Came inside and waited about 5 minutes by the food pick up area and then inserted myself to inquire where my order was. And then received the order shortly after that. No displaying smiley faces or remotely happy they had orders to prepare or customers to take care of. The only apology I received was from the lady who came from not the two in front of the window to ask if I could please come inside for the order to pick it up and receive it. Each visit back here makes me put this Taco Bell in the same category as the others…… hit or miss and good luck hope it’s a good day.

I can’t speak of the atmosphere, but the food was delicious. It’s what you’d expect when going to Taco Bell. Nothing fancy, but nothing disappointing.

Let's start by saying I dislike fast food to begin with. The people who work there are super rude and totally not compassionate about anything. My deepest apology is asking you what all is in a certain menu item. You missed an item and asked them to add it. I was told I'd have to go around again. At that time, I was over it and told my kid , " I don't care. You can eat at home. This is ridiculous. I'm not going through line dealing with these people again. We'll I was 5 minutes up the road till my child realized they forgot the main thing she ordered and she begged me to go back. This goes for the manager, too as employee didn't want to do her job then states my manager said you have to go through line again to add anything (like well if you wouldn't have deleted it/missed it when they started order over).

Food is going but sometimes just put together sloppy, always waiting for someone to acknowledge you when waiting at the counter, it's always cold, tables are sticky and dirty.

I was surprised this time we went in and had a great interaction with 2 employees. The food was good and they were very helpful.

Extremely rude staff. Gentlemen working drive thru had the worst attitude I have experienced at a drive through window.

I got to say this place is way better then my taco bell. They actually served something that tasted fresh and actually cooked it instead of microwaving it. The lady that took and give us our order was awesome i wish i got her name. She was honest with what i asked and im glad i made her laugh. So if she reads this the Jersey Girls says hiii and thanks for your honest answer when i asked if you like Gettysburg.
