The Gettysburger Company Reviews
The restaurant was busy but the staff definitely kept up! Everyone was friendly. I ordered the shrimp basket with fries and it was delicious! Food came out fast and hot. The shrimp was juicy and pretty good size. The fries were amazing as well. So thankful they had sweet tea! If I ever get to come back out this way I'm eating here again!

The Gettysburger Company is a popular spot for burger lovers. Known for their delicious burgers that can ruin other burger experiences, they offer an authentic backyard taste with perfectly fresh ground beef and just the right amount of seasoning. The service is friendly and efficient, making sure customers have a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is larger than expected, with a big front "bar area," a dining space in the back, and outdoor seating called "The Hideout" on the side, creating a casual and fun atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of options, including the famous Gettysburger, a smaller version, the Boss burger, and the special Cubano burger, which is surprisingly good and cooked perfectly medium. Sidewinder fries are just as good as the burgers, and the homemade chips are crispy and not oily. The beer list is fantastic, featuring a great selection, and the gluten-free buns are a nice option. Visitors should try the cheese curds, which are steaming hot and tasty, and the mac and cheese bites, a highlight for their crispy outside and cheesy inside. Jalapeno poppers and Berry sauce are also recommended. The atmosphere is fun, with good lighting and smooth music, making the experience enjoyable. The location in downtown Gettysburg makes it a convenient stop, especially since parking is on street metered parking. Overall, it is a popular, casual spot that keeps customers coming back for the variety of burgers, sandwiches, and sides.
