“Family diner. Just what I was looking for. Nothing fancy 1970's decor. Staff was wonderful, working hard to satisfy customers while joking with them like family. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection. If I could change 1 thing it would be the coffee . It was abit weak for me. I like a dark roast so others may find it just fine. All in all I loved the place and plan to return.“

“My server June is the best! She always gets my order done right. I am a vegan and have gluten intolerance so I have very specific needs. The Beyond burger is always tasty and I enjoy the fresh brewed iced tea as well. June always makes my dining experience memorable in a good way.“

“I ordered the Salad Bar for lunch at the Shaler Township Eat'n Park on July 29. The Salad Bar was clean, fresh and well-stocked, as were the soups, and everything tasted great! My server was Linda and she was very friendly and attentive, checking in with me every so often to see if I needed a refill on my iced tea or anything else. She made me feel so welcomed! Overall, it was a great dining experience!“

“I came in on the holiday weekend and they were so packed. There were only two servers. I think her name was Sharon and she was amazing! She made sure everyone's coffee and drinks were constantly filled, didn't have to ask for anything because she had it on the table before you needed it! AND she did everything with a smile the entire time! It was also endearing to hear her greet people as they came in because she remembered everyone by name and what order they wanted. She made your atmosphere and our experience 5 stars!!“

“I wanted to take time to recognize Lulu and Anayiah. On July 4th, we (a party of 4) visited the restaurant during the dinner hour. The front of the restaurant was packed. We were seated quickly. We found out that 4 servers called off that day. Lulu and Anayiah were THE BEST in keeping the flow perfect. When a table finished, Anayiah stepped up and cleared the table, wiped everything down, and sat other guests. She then took their drink orders and served them the drinks. Whoever hired these two should also be commended. As we sat and watched, we were very impressed. Lulu never missed an order and kept smiling. Our food was perfect. The kitchen staff should be commended too. They were able to keep up too. EAT N PARK SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF THIS BRANCH. THE SUPERVISORS AND STAFF WILLING TO WORK ON THAT BUSY DAY WERE PHENOMENAL. The only disappointment was the servers that called off and left only one server. We visit there often and will request Lulu. She will definitely give us her undivided attention and we will definitely appreciate her. And we want to thank Leslie and Karen for keeping up with everything. Thank you, Eat N Park.“

“my sister took her family out to eat for my nieces 8th birthday. the waiter told them they don't sing happy birthday anymore. after she questioned him he went back to ask and came out and said.. we still do it but no one wants to sing..??? this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it's not the most fun thing to do . but for an 8 year old girl. do your job. i remember working there trying to scramble to get people to sing.. and noone like it but they did it because it was part of their job. didn't give her her free birthday dessert either...what has happened to Avalon eat n park in the evenings.. morning is still amazing, you go in the at night and it's a sh*tshow. so disappointed in this location“

“I had breakfast with my mom about a month ago. We sat for hours and just talked, had coffee and breakfast. The server was polite and took care of us brilliantly. She didn't hover and was there whenever we needed anything. I had breakfast with family one Sunday morning. It was not very busy, but the server was not as fantastic. She was just OK. Having said that, she may have been crushed with work that we didn't see. We took that into consideration. She was lovely, the service was just a little slow.“

“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“
