Yes food was not only wonderful but the quantity of the food was so worth it for the price we paid but our host made the whole night and the whole dining experience is so worth stopping. “Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

“Had a fantastic meal. With how crowded they were I expected a longer wait but my meal came out fast and correct. Marilyn our server was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. Came back to check on how meal was going and if everything was ok or if we needed more drinks. I’d recommend reservations and ask for Marilyn’s table! Definitely will return.”

“We love taking our handicapped mom out for ice cream and dinner. Cheese steaks, onion rings and fries are awesome and the many flavors of ice cream are decadent. It’s perfect for the family, kids and pups. To make it easy for mom who isn’t very mobile, we park in handicapped parking and eat in the car.”

After a long day at the Crossings, we saw the long line and decided to give it a go. Something quick and familiar, we ordered an 8” cheesesteak that sign mentioned a 1/2 pound of meat, $9.25. A cheeseburger on seeded roll with ketchup, $5.25. And added a bundle of great French fries with a fountain drink, refillable, $4.99. What’s not to love? ❤️ The young gal at the window with the big smile, Nakayla, was pleasant and friendly. Right off of Route 611 in Tannersville, pull in, order, eat and pull out. Take a seat at the multiple wooden picnic tables along business and even a wooden ship play spot for the kiddos.”

“Sunny's pizza is that local pizza place you fondly remember from your childhood. The food is consistently good, the staff is always friendly, and they hustle to make sure you get your food asap. I've been eating there for decades (they moved locations a few years back, but it was literally just across the street) and they've kept the same quality and positive experience the whole time.”
