I love the Pretzels and when I got to this store they have what I want with No waiting. Everyone is happy and willing to wait on you . That's a plus and that is what this franchise needs . Great people, great product
Came here for my first time during my most recent visit to PA. I've never had anything from here before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's cute inside, looks clean, and their prices are reasonable however, I ordered a pretzel with cheese and was surprised with what I got. I assumed it would be a full pretzel and that it would at least have been warmed, especially after being under the lights. It was smaller than anticipated and room temperature. I arrived just 10 minutes before closing hoping to find some pretzels to take to my son and daughter-in-law who live out of state. Not only did I find pretzels, but I also found a manager, Destiney, and another employee, Marissa who were cheerful and went above and beyond with service!! Even though it was almost time to close, they took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Their friendliness and kindness were much appreciated!
