I was very pleased with my service at the dairy Queen. At the last minute I realized I was going to be throwing a small birthday party. I called the dairy Queen the evening before. They couldn't get an ice cream cake for me immediately, but they told me to come back the next morning at noon, which was a Saturday. They were able to put the party boys name on the cake. My husband and I really never eat fast food, but we both had a very long and tiring day. Since our choices in our price range are limited, we decided on Dairy Queen in Girard. Even though they were very busy, we took our food home and I have to say the food was hot, and very good. My cheeseburger surprised me, the fries were great, the chicken strips were good, and we were quite pleased. My husband went inside to order, came out relatively fast despite how busy they were....
I as a customer and former DQ employee had to ask to write on another customers cake because the man refused saying no one was able to. When they did agree to let me do it the piping was thrown onto the counter.
It’s often dirty, and looks more like a storage area than a business. Even the employees look miserable.
