The staff was polite. We ordered inside at the kiosk. They also have online ordering available. They were not busy. We ordered the minis (glad they have smaller sizes, the regular cookies are so big). The parking if busy would be tricky. They have handicapped spots up front.

Very good cookies i look forward to going here although the water is expensive and my brother is always anxiously waiting for the cookies

Kid-friendliness: They should ask the kids if they like them and also give out free samples for kids

I love crumbl cookie but everytime I go to get a cookie that I’ve been waiting all week to try, they’re sold out. Its just ridiculous to me because if you know you’re going to a lot of customers then order more in advance.
