very poor customer service. they can't read a mobile order correctly and kept saying I had everything when I didn't have half my order and the other half of my order was incorrect! worst dunkin experience ever!

They regularly close before posted hours on Saturdays and Sundays (maybe other days too).
I contacted Dunkin to let them know as it happened to me at least 5 times. I was told they would address it, but it keeps happening. When I went through drive thru recently at 554 I was told they closed at 550 ( like who closes at 550 ????) though posted hours on sign on drive thru window say 6 pm.
My time is valuable and I will be frequenting another Dunkin now.
