Today at 11:33 AM, I found a long hair in my waffle. Staff dismissed the issue as “not a big deal” and offered no refund, only telling me to return for a replacement.
This is a serious food safety concern. I have reported this to Delaware County Health Department. Please take immediate corrective action.

Based on the reviews, Nudy's Cafe Glen Mills offers top notch service with friendly staff. The only complaint is a long line to pay and exit that snakes through the dining room, which can be unfair to people still enjoying their food. Overall, the service is excellent, the food is always good, and the people are real nice.
