Always loved their coconut shrimp would have this as my entree. I haven't been there for about 9 months . This time the coconut shrimp was bland and wet there was no crunch to it and the shrimp was smaller than what it was before.

We ordered take out. The order wasn’t ready when indicated. The staff said they over cooked our medium filet so the recooked one for us rather than serve a bad steak. The second steak was perfect and the manager gave us $50 in gift cards for our wait/inconvenience. First class all the way - 5 stars !!

I wish I could review the food but we sat at our table for 15-20 minutes waiting for service while the restaurant was nearly empty and 3-4 employees joked around and hung out at the host stand and ran around in and out of the bathroom a million times. The manager was also standing at the host stand when we gave up and walked out and we were told to have a good day.... by the hostess that had sat us 20 min prior and wasnt at all wondering why we were already leaving. Clearly someone had been served at some point judging by the dirty tables in our otherwise empty section. This was mid day 4:30pm.
Never had a bad experience at an Outback before so we were baffled. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years now, and run one. This was just stupid.

We have gone to outback in De. and MD and always had good service and food. This location needs some training from the top down. Host walked slow mo ( high idk) to our completely empty side of the restaurant. We waited for service for about 10 minute's and both used the bathroom and despite servers running around we didn't even get a drink order in. I waited at the host desk for a few minutes before leaving and the manager came up to talk to the 3 employees at the host desk and none of them even acknowledged us. AND one had the nerve to tell us to have a nice day when we pushed the door open. Teach your staff or shut down. Now we know why it was so empty just before dinner. We went to another steakhouse up the road and got top rate service from the moment we entered.
Perfect experience. great staff, food properly done, everything you could want in a restaurant visit. Came in hesitant, simply because all of the major restaurant chains took the L w covid.... Good to see that everything recovered back to traditional restaurants status in this case. As a foodie and a customer I would highly recommend stopping by Glen Mills. ♥️♥️♥️

Out waiter was excellent. Very informative, polite and pleasant. But was a bit disappointed in the food. Burger was just not a burger, meat was just some pressed ground meat, extremely greasy, maybe it was my mistake order burger at a steakhouse. The French onion soup was really good though.

We all know Outbacks is a hit or miss, it’s one of those places that could either be really good or really bad. We all been going to Outbacks all our life.. but last week I had the BEST dinner at outbacks. My server Margie was absolutely amazing. Everything came out SMOKING HOT. Steak was cooked perfectly. Can’t recommend enough. Keep it up
