The drive-thru order taker was polite, but the older lady who handed me my order was extremely rude. She was annoyed that I was driving a new car so had pulled a little far away for us to both reach each other. I politely said I would back up and did. I then attempted explain the car was new to me but she sneered at me and walked away; letting the window close before I could finish my sentence.

Last time with drive through the two teens working didnt answer at the drive through lane i was in and let two cars go through in the other lane. Then I could hear screaming in the background as I left my order. Only two teens working.This time I went in... but had to deal with the kiosk as they had no one to take orders. What's worse, getting ignored at the drive through or getting ignored at the front counter?

One of yall's mgrs (Cat) was streaming on Tiktok while working and showcasing a ridiculous amount of dhec violations, terrible management and unsafe food handling practices.Not to mention allowing employees to do and say whatever they want including racial epitaphs and slurs, 3 employees slapping each other dangerously and being encouraged by mgr.I would advise heavily into looking into this.msg me for screen recordings

Just horrible. I never receive my sauces, they don't know how to count... I ordered a 10 price but received 9. Mcflurry and they threw the candy on top with out mixing it.

Like so many fast food places it all depends on the time of day you go. Sometimes the place is staffed and actually clean. At other times, namely the evening it looks like homeless people live there. At this particular McDonalds they get the order wrong 75 percent of the time even when I do the self serve option or the app, so always check. I go to McDonald's for the kids and not for a great meal

William Flynn Highway location in Glenshaw is filthy. Liquid spilled by the door slippery and dangerous. Play area dirty floor, tables, rubbish cans overflowing. This is consistent not just a bad dayWe will not be returning to this location

It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food and drinks and there was only one other person inside. When they gave us our coffees, they were the wrong size and didn't even apologize for the mix up. They were also laughing and goofing around in the kitchen area and were very loud slinging cuss words around including the F word, and the on duty manager was in on it as well. Very unprofessional! The food tasted fine, just very slow service and unprofessional and rude employees. Do better!
