Love Mcdonald's
This is the best McDonald's in the area by far, and I know, for I am a daily APP user. Chris and the staff are exceptional. I have been to the ones on McKnight, West View, Cranberry/Wexford, and the restaurant on Rt 8 (south) by the Sheetz is worth the trip. They do it right on all fronts!

So, I usually dont eat at McDonalds, but when I do I will only go to this one in Shaler, Gibsonia, or Wexford. The other ones on McKnight road are ATROCIOUS and the young kids working there have a terrible attitude. It would be laughable if it wasn't so sad.
However at the Shaler one, there is one young lady who is really great. Shes a young black woman in Im guessing her early 20s, and she is friendly, fast, and pleasant. Whoever she is she deserves a raise or promotion....read full review

The staff is always very friendly and the manager is dressed professionally. This McDonald’s is extremely consistent, resulting in hot food and fast service. Some customers have experienced issues with the restroom, where a sink didn't work and the floor was left wet and unsafe.
