“This is the best McDonald's in the area by far, and I know, for I am a daily APP user. Chris and the staff are exceptional. I have been to the ones on McKnight, West View, Cranberry/Wexford, and the restaurant on Rt 8 (south) by the Sheetz is worth the trip. They do it right on all fronts!
Why can't they all be like this...efficient, kind, attentive, aware, and consistent...

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. “Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.“

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

“I don't know if all taco bells are independently owned or not, but the Taco Bell near my home in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, is not consistently good with service or food quality.
This location in the Gibsonia area, has much better service and food quality late at night.
I stop on my way to work usually around 11:00 p.m. and there's only one food item that I normally order that is consistently inferior, (nacho fries)??
Anything else that I've ordered has always been hot and very well-made and presented.
But no matter any time I've had an order of the nacho fries they are not hot, sometimes they're hard, sometimes very soft and soggy, and either over fried or under fried. Tonight was the last time I'm going to try ordering them there because I shouldn't have to pay for the kind of nacho fries I'm getting... Other than that one food item anything else that I get from there is delicious and the staff is always friendly and smiling at the drive thru.“

“First time coming to this location because we went here for lunch yesterday and I'd say our experience was excellent. The service was very quick. Got our orders within like 5 minutes and everything was served hot and delicious.

I wish I took pics of our orders but we were both starving, but I enjoyed the curly fries, the Angus cheesesteak (this was so good, I wish it's not a limited item), and their chicken tenders - which by far - the best tasting tenders I've had. Better than other restaurants around.

Also, kudos to the staff keeping this restaurant clean and well maintained. One of your staffs cleaned up the tables and the tables of other people after they left.
