My family loves this Rita's. The customer service is phenomenal. Never had a bad interaction since we have been going to this location which has been about 3 years now. Absolutely love that they are still open in the beginning of November. I can't say enough positive things about this place.
Of all the Rita joints in the area, this one is our family favorite! Their water ice has been consistently on point - never too icy and never too watery - and their service is top-notch. We've frequented this Rita's for years and it's STILL our go-to dessert spot.
