Amazing wines and a friendly, knowledgeable staff!
Very knowledgeable staff. Extremely friendly and help
Very nice people
Great wine and fabulous service!
Always a great time. Slushie was good on a 90 degree day.
Great knowledge, decent selections.
Stopped into this shop and was greeted by so many friendly faces! I loved trying a few samples and picking my favorite to take home!
I came in today and was greeted with great customer service! I sampled a few wines and settled on 2 that I loved. The 2 ladies working were very personable and attentive. I sat there for quite a while and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I will always recommend this winery because the wine is top tier as well as the customer service.
All of the staff were super friendly and helpful!
Love the wine but TERRIBLE customer service. A large group of us come every year and are seated in a timely manner upstairs in the loft area. However, 2 of the women that work here have proved to be rude several years in a row. The one woman told us that her suggestion to us would be to not by any more wine. Are you kidding me? The point of going to a winery is enjoying a bottle and then saying what the heck, I’m going to enjoy one more with my friends. They have lost our business. All 20 of us were going to buy bottles but not after that comment and rudeness to our group.

Poor Customer Service. Was waiting to taste wine with no one else around, and was not offered any, me or my mother. Someone else comes up and is offered service right away. Was going to buy 2 or 3 bottles of wine. Will never return.
We stop in the Waltz wine shop whenever we are at Kitchen Kettle village. Their wines are very good and everyone we’ve met there has been friendly and helpful. Libby and Linda are wonderful!
So disappointed today. I'm currently in a wheelchair and was visiting with my husband and cousin. We came in and patiently waited at the tasting bar for assistance. I rolled back a little to stay out of everyone's way, but my husband stayed there waiting to be acknowledged. After the group in front of us finished, without any acknowledgment at all, they simple skipped right over us and went to the next group. It was so upsetting to be dismissed when you have a disablity. We left without the wine we intended to taste and buy.
I hope this was a one off and not the usual treatment...
We had such a great time here! As soon as we walked in, Kim greeted us and made us feel right at home. We sat outside with our dog and baby, and Kim recommended the Gouda cheese with the reserved Chardonnay. Both were so good. Honestly, the only regret I have is not getting an extra bottle to take home. We’ll definitely be back. Big thanks to Kim for the awesome recommendations and service! Oh, and we grabbed 5 coasters as a little souvenir. 10/10 ✨
Waltz Vineyards Wine Shop was a wonderful surprise after a disappointing day at Kitchen Kettle Village. The shops at KKV were overpriced (we expect high prices in a place like that but these were ridiculous.) We walked into Waltz with very low expectations and were met by friendly staff who were very helpful with recommendations about the areas as well as their wine. To top it off, the wines were delicious - especially the Crisp Apple!
