Gambled for a few hours and the went for our anniversary dinner. The place wasn't crowded. Jocelyn was our waitress she was super nice. Took a picture for us . The food was really good . Had calamari for a starter. My husband had a New York strip. It was cooked to perfection. I had the salmon also cooked to protection. As a Anniversary gift Jocelyn let us pick dessert. It was beautiful.

Having experience good service and not so good service the experience at the Final Cut was exception and raised the bar. The professionalism and knowledge of the waitress was welcoming and made the experience all the better. The person touch was the call from Derek to assure that we were still on for dinner despite our concert event being rained out. HIs visit to the table to assure that everything was perfect really was a nice touch.
