New American Restaurants near Greencastle, PA

“I moved to Greencastle a little over a year ago. I’ve driven by this location I’m sure a hundred times ave never stopped in. One day I decided to walk down and try it. Wow. Immediately became my new favorite. This place is a hidden gem. The food is fresh and fantastic, and it shows that they take extra steps in procurement and preparation. The atmosphere is great, classy but still casual and fun. I love that they have a rotating weekly menu of extra food and drink options.

I’ve been here probably 20+ times and have never had a negative experience, be it for a family outing, a date, or just sitting at the bar. Everyone I’ve introduced has been very impressed and I cannot recommend it enough. I highly recommend the New York strip - medium rare!“

“Honestly as many bad reviews as this place gets, its ridiculous. It is extremely cheap, but you’re getting what you pay for. I’ve been coming here for years and the owners are absolutely wonderful. They’re friendly every time. The rooms are pretty average, they’re what you should expect for a roadside motel that’s cheap.“

I stopped for lunch and had the pick 3 lunch combo - soup, salad (you can do fries instead) and half sandwich.

Food was excellent, and quick.
The Cuban sandwich was amazing. The salad was simple and well done.
Service was top notch

“The atmosphere in both the orchards and relax was absolutely outstanding. I had the sweet chili salmon and it absolutely blew me away. I hardly ever get salmon in a restaurant however I would keep coming back just for that dish. For anyone wanting a good atmosphere, a good meal, and great service I would highly recommend the Orchard and relax.“

“Our server for the evening was Mena. He went over and above to serve us and make our dinner enjoyable. He was pleasant and personable. He did not upcharge us on the additional food that was not ordered. He substituted very kindly when one of our sides was not available. His pleasant conversation made our dinner memorable. We will have to try the buffet he recommended on the weekend sometime.“
