“I was in a bit of a pickle at the Chick-fil-A drive thru couldn’t figure out that app for the life of me. Luke came over, noticed I was strugglin’, and kindly walked me through it without makin’ a fuss. He was patient, respectful, and didn’t make me feel silly one bit.
He helped me get my order in and even showed me how to use my points. It sure meant a lot to me. Just good, solid customer service. If everyone’s as kind and helpful as this, y’all can bet I’ll be comin’ back plenty.“
“Went thru drive thru, Chic fil a has there shit together. In and thru in under 5 min. Food was cooked perfect. Waffle fries were lightly salted, perfect! All the employees were very nice, and smiling!! Every experience here is 5 star. Never had any problems. Can't say enough great things about this location.“
