“Owen who was in the drive thru line and took my mine and my Mom's order NEEDS A RAISE. A HUG. A HIGH FIVE. A TROPHY. A DAY OFF (OR MORE HOURS IF HE WANTS THEM) HE DESERVES THE WORLD!!! OWEN WAS THE SWEETEST YOUNG MAN THAT WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED at Chick-fil-A!!! He answered our questions. His computer crashed. AND AND AND when we tried to pay he said, IT'S ON ME!! I know we only ordered 2 drinks but he is a GEM AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND ADORE HIM!!! We will be back to look for Owen!!!! --We think that was his name ? it was Saturday April 13th around 7:14pm and he was working the outside drive thru line.“
“I was in a bit of a pickle at the Chick-fil-A drive thru couldn’t figure out that app for the life of me. Luke came over, noticed I was strugglin’, and kindly walked me through it without makin’ a fuss. He was patient, respectful, and didn’t make me feel silly one bit.
He helped me get my order in and even showed me how to use my points. It sure meant a lot to me. Just good, solid customer service. If everyone’s as kind and helpful as this, y’all can bet I’ll be comin’ back plenty.“
“Went thru drive thru, Chic fil a has there shit together. In and thru in under 5 min. Food was cooked perfect. Waffle fries were lightly salted, perfect! All the employees were very nice, and smiling!! Every experience here is 5 star. Never had any problems. Can't say enough great things about this location.“
