“I was in a bit of a pickle at the Chick-fil-A drive thru couldn’t figure out that app for the life of me. Luke came over, noticed I was strugglin’, and kindly walked me through it without makin’ a fuss. He was patient, respectful, and didn’t make me feel silly one bit.
He helped me get my order in and even showed me how to use my points. It sure meant a lot to me. Just good, solid customer service. If everyone’s as kind and helpful as this, y’all can bet I’ll be comin’ back plenty.“

“it was good. only serves chicken as meat option (hence the name chic fila) and has really good quality chicken
Vegetarian options: they have salads
Dietary restrictions: my sister is gluten, dairy, and soy free and she gets the unbreaded chicken nuggets which is perfect for her.
Parking: it’s usually packed especially around 12-1 pm and there’s usually no where to park
Kid-friendliness: it’s kid friendly. but no play area anymore.“
