“Owen who was in the drive thru line and took my mine and my Mom's order NEEDS A RAISE. A HUG. A HIGH FIVE. A TROPHY. A DAY OFF (OR MORE HOURS IF HE WANTS THEM) HE DESERVES THE WORLD!!! OWEN WAS THE SWEETEST YOUNG MAN THAT WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED at Chick-fil-A!!! He answered our questions. His computer crashed. AND AND AND when we tried to pay he said, IT'S ON ME!! I know we only ordered 2 drinks but he is a GEM AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND ADORE HIM!!! We will be back to look for Owen!!!! --We think that was his name ? it was Saturday April 13th around 7:14pm and he was working the outside drive thru line.“
“So I placed an online order through the app. I went to the drive through at East gate Commons and they told me they did not have my order. Slightly irritated, I drove to Greengate and they tell me the same thing. Beyond frustrated and ready to break down because I had already paid online and had used my rewards for a free sandwich and fry, I didn't have the time to head back to Eastgate Commons yet again. They did Grant my order which I am truly grateful for because I was on the verge of losing my mind. I decided to head inside and request a manager. I explained my situation and they fulfilled my order. I'm truly grateful that Greengate did that for me because I was beyond frustrated. So East gate gets a poor rating obviously while Greengate did everything they could to help me get my order. Perhaps this can be brought up at a team meeting to avoid any future order issues.“
“it was good. only serves chicken as meat option (hence the name chic fila) and has really good quality chicken
Vegetarian options: they have salads
Dietary restrictions: my sister is gluten, dairy, and soy free and she gets the unbreaded chicken nuggets which is perfect for her.
Parking: it’s usually packed especially around 12-1 pm and there’s usually no where to park
Kid-friendliness: it’s kid friendly. but no play area anymore.“
