“Let’s be honest the people are the best part of Chick-fil-A. In my opinion, the food could be a little better quality, but the training here and the quality of service is second to none. A true picture of what good training and treating your employees can look like. On their fast food restaurant should take a note but they don’t.“
“Had the chick fil a spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a sweet tea, and it was delicious 😋 The service was good and the place was cleaned. Only took like 5min to get our food. This was my first time at chick fil a and i loved it. Definitely will be back.“
“Wow. I love chick-fi-la food. I always have. But today I witnessed someone go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and I had to say something. This young employee is a testament to what just one person can accomplish when they put their mind to it. I wish I got her name, all I know is she is a young, short, black woman. She walked around to the people eating(not too close for those who were maybe a little standoffish; she seemed good at reading the room) and she asked how they were enjoying their food! Then she proceeded to give them some free mints and told them to have a nice day. She did it to several people and it made me for one feel very special. I was eating alone and she made me feel cared for like I was at an actual restaurant. Wow just wow. 10/10 highly recommend this particular chick-fi-la!!“
“The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.“
“The food was good, typical quality Chick-fil-A, and the service was speedy, even with a consistent line because it’s Chick-fil-A! The staff even got us cups of ice when we wanted some for our water bottles (we ordered full meals also, we didn’t go exclusively for ice).
Given that this is an airport location, they have a more limited menu than a full standalone CFA store, but still a good variety of options. They also do not accept gift cards or the CFA app, but this is standard for airport locations (although it would be nice if that changed eventually!). However, they have the same pricing structure as any other Pittsburgh area Chick-fil-A, so you’re not paying inflated prices just because of the airport location.
There is a seating area with tables directly across from the restaurant that is shared by the restaurants in the center of the concourse. We just took our food to eat at our gate.“

“DO NOT come here if you’re not a student. i was so scared. they wanted me to get the app sooo bad. i was literally sweating i was so stressed. Regardless, AMAZING spicy chicken sandwich. INCREDIBLE fries. disappointing pepsi (no coca cola …)“
“I was having a tough day so I decided to treat myself to Chick-fil-a. I ordered on the app and went through the mobile drive thru. I was quickly greeted by Collin, an incredibly kind young man. He truly turned my day around and I left feeling so joyful. He shared with me that he’s been working there for 10 years!! This location should feel so lucky to have such a wonderful and hard worker!! Thank you Collin!! Keep up the great work! ❤❤“
