“Woman taking my order was so pleasant. Each staff member seems to enjoy their jobs. The woman even complimented my skin and said I looked beautiful. I’ve been doing skin care & didn’t have a drop of make up on. She made my whole day. Thank you Miss lady 🫶🏼“

“Let’s be honest the people are the best part of Chick-fil-A. In my opinion, the food could be a little better quality, but the training here and the quality of service is second to none. A true picture of what good training and treating your employees can look like. On their fast food restaurant should take a note but they don’t.“

“This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

“Wow. I love chick-fi-la food. I always have. But today I witnessed someone go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and I had to say something. This young employee is a testament to what just one person can accomplish when they put their mind to it. I wish I got her name, all I know is she is a young, short, black woman. She walked around to the people eating(not too close for those who were maybe a little standoffish; she seemed good at reading the room) and she asked how they were enjoying their food! Then she proceeded to give them some free mints and told them to have a nice day. She did it to several people and it made me for one feel very special. I was eating alone and she made me feel cared for like I was at an actual restaurant. Wow just wow. 10/10 highly recommend this particular chick-fi-la!!“

“The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.“

“Workers were nice but charged me for ice water which is typically free at all locations (unless the airport is different). About the sandwich, Bun too toasted and a little black. Filet coating too dark. Crumbs in sandwich pouch. Bag not folded 2 3/4 inch. Pickles overlapping. Would maybe fix these issues before the Q1 audit. Workers friendly! Cheapest you will spend for a meal is probably $13 but compared to the $22 takeaway salads they sell at Philadelphia, I would say I am fairly satisfied with my experience here. Wish this location carried the cobb salad.“
