food wasn’t portioned right at all, barely any chicken. the quesadilla was hard and just cheese with chicken on the side.the chips were so stale when i had reached out to ask about replacement, they said that’s how it is supposed to be made and that i can get a bogo deal next time i come in.i had a birthday side of guac they wouldn’t give to me bc it was my birthday month, not day even tho it said on the app it was redeemable..

I have lived in this area for four years now and I go to this location you get chipotle. I usually do online orders for pick up and every time I show up the food is not ready for an additional 10 to 30 minutes. The worst part is, they are rarely ever busy when I show up to get my food. So it isn’t like that is a valid excuse to not have someone’s food ready. If it’s not for them being late, it is the order being off. I ordered double chicken every single time as I know the scoop they plan on giving me. Ordering two scoops I feel like I get less than the original one scoop. Period. It has gotten to the point where I try to show up late and I also run to the front to tell them to give me an additional scoop of meat as I know there isn’t nearly enough on the bowl. Lastly, I have never once been compensated Apologize to for waiting the 10 to 30 minutes for my food to be ready.

Nasty. This location is always dirty. Employees have long hair that hangs in the food. No hair nets is a major turn off when thinking about eating. Last visit, they were handing out food on trays that had YET to even be cleaned off from the previous patrons. This place is disgusting. When Ive worked in management, it was majorly frowned upon to close down half of the store before actual closing time. Most of the time if you come here past 8:00 they don’t even have the food you want anymore and they refuse to make more, leading to a major disservice to customers. Hire more staff if that’s why you can’t keep your restaurant clean.

It's unfortunate that this is the closest Chipotle location to me because the people that work here are beyond incompetent. If there's a line, turn around and walk out. These people can't handle any sort of rush. I can guarantee that you aren't going to get your money's worth of food, even if you order extra. Special shout out to the girl who got annoyed with me when I asked for the queso I PAID FOR that they forgot to put in my bag. :) Sorry for being such a massive inconvenience.

Chipotle, stay busy. They are always welcoming. The atmosphere is nice. The food is always hot. They have everything that you want every time. My only concern is they have to make sure the restaurants are always cleaned even when they are busy.

My friend and I went to this location and the guest service was phenomenal! Our bowls were absolutely loaded and delicious. The young man at the register was so kind, and as a person who works in food service myself, I know how hard it can be to balance things when it’s busy. However, this young fellow was bouncing from cleaning the dining area and cashing out guests! I was very disappointed to see him get yelled at twice by a lady from the back, as he was doing a great job at cleaning, handling the register, and still maintaining great customer service, especially when there was a line to the door. Harshly critiquing a fellow employee in front of so many customers is completely unprofessional and could have been handled in a different manner, it really tore down the atmosphere. That said, all of the other staff was awesome! Will be returning.

The food tasted awful and the chicken was full of grissel...pretty much $50 down the drain...i also didn't like how they lined all our bowls up and prepared them the way they did granted there was a line and they were trying to make the line go down but we waited in line too.
Two times now no chicken available. New management needed.

Very disappointing. Chipotle is usually an easy go to for a decent salad. We ordered two salads with extra protein (about $9 extra total) and the amount we got was barely what I would consider the normal amount, if that. On the other hand, asked for extra sour cream and got so much the bowl was swimming with it. So, basically got a sour cream salad with some meat garnish. Gross.
