I have celiac disease, went to this location about a month ago. I informed the manager about needing everything gluten free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything I got in my bowl wasn’t cross contaminated. She went into the cooler to get all new toppings, I was given fresh rice and they cleaned the entire counter / changed gloves before making my bowl. didnt receive the order i placed, over loaded it with sour cream where thats all you tasted. promised it at 1, drove the 15 mins out to get it and still have to another 15 mins for my food.

The mall location is definitely better and worth the drive. This location notoriously and frequently runs out of ingredients, chips and even plasticware. The quality control is poor and the blame has to go on management. When they have the right ingredients and you don’t have some unfortunate luck with a worker who gives you tough proportions, the entrees turn out alright!
