Dagwood's Subs-N-Suds

As a 2nd generation local contractor Dagwoods has been a must stop for lunch for decades. Tonight I brought out of state friends to experience authentic Greensburg and Dagwood's as usual delivered.

Very professional and well organized

Ordered takeout, a 4 cut white pizza, wings and a chicken salad. The pizza was burnt and not even cut at all? The wings were good, however they forgot the sauce.. the salad had slimy green lettuce and brown cucucumber and SO MUCH CHEESE. Which I love cheese and the amount was over-whelming for me.

Me and my girl walked in and sat at a table for 29 minutes. No service, nothing. Make bartender made eye contact with me on the way in so he knew we were there. Never coming back.

Don't sleep on this place. Traditional pizza without hipster frills at an extremely fair price and it's delicious. Their cheese sticks are a gift from the gods. The staff is consistently efficient, courteous, and professional, regardless of who is behind the counter. Excellent small business.

Dagwood's is located in Greensburg Pa. They have a nice atmosphere, great wings, cold beer, nice bar service, karaoke, 2 pool tables and the employees are extremely professional & nice as well. Bartender Fish & Tom made me feel extremely welcome and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. I definitely look forward to returning!

This was my first time eating Dagwood's, I was surprised, because others told me favorably of them. I ordered delivery, hot cheese balls and a 12 inch New Orleans. To their credit, the cheese balls were FANTASTIC, and absolutely would eat them again. My sub was really bad. Didn't see an option to add sauces, assumed it would come with mayo or a house dressing, but I should have at least chosen to add cheese. It was just the meat, lettuce, and tomato. It was very dry, unseasoned, and bland. No salt, pepper, or any seasoning on it. It was a tough one to get down. I wouldn't come back for the subs but I totally would for the cheese balls!

Had the corned beef sub on a hard roll... amazing. Friend had sausage sub on soft, he said it was great. Side salad perfect size and quality... and let me tell you about the homemade mozzarella sticks!!! Get them! To top it all off, Dana is amazinggggg A+++ all around experience. Definitely will return 🥰
