I originally visited on 4/2/26 to get a 14inch NY style pizza with pepperoni, sausage and black olives and all seemed well until I ate my first bite. It tasted stale and old. I called 4/3/26 and spoke with the wonderful and sweet Ms Cherish. She understood and apologized for my displeasure of my pizza and offered to make me a new fresh one. Huge shoutout. I ordered at 9 pm, and within 20 minutes, I had my food. Yes, it was perfectly cooked, yes, it was accurate. Matteo, I believe that's your name, excellent work tonight!
Whoever was on afternoon shift around 7:30 on September 7th when we ordered pizza we loved our pizza and could tell there was a lot of effort and care put into our order which is something all restraunts so strive to be like and it’s great this place sets such a great example and seems to have a caring team with great food as a result.
