Stopped by on my way hope from visiting family a just needed a coffee. I usually am a regular at my hometown Dunkin but this one was on my way home and I must say they did better than my home town. At first glance my usual coffee order was a different “shade” as back home so I questioned it but it was rung in/made correctly and actually tasted so much better too. Dunkin' near Westmoreland Mall may have inconsistent iced lattes, but the one on 119 consistently delivers great ones. Although hashbrowns were burnt once, the new breakfast empanada surprised with its buttery, flaky outside and peppery inside. Renovations brought a positive change in staff attitude, with workers being helpful and non-judgmental in suggesting coffee sweetness. The reopened location boasts a much-improved, polite staff compared to the past, resolving previous issues with service quality and entrance design.
