Extremely poor customer service and rasist remarks. They gave my door dash order to some random guy and refused to remake it or even contact me about there being problem.
The skin color of the person you gave my order too doesn't matter to me in the slightest. Why did you not remake my order?

3rd time in 2 weeks I went through the drive thru and they didn't have enough extra crispy to fill a 8 piece bucket. It was different days at different times, what kind of restaurant doesn't have what they are known for available so often. And each time I was told we just had a rush it will take 20 minutes if you're willing to wait.

Floor was sticky and greasy but vase of fake flowers on tables nuce touch. The don't give veterans discounts and actually hagled with me over it. Food wasn't anything special and seemed to lack the taste of what it used to be like all in all very very disappointed.

We went at 9pm,we were told they didn't have much of a selection that they would have to cook more and would take about 15 minutes. After making our selections from what they had cooked under a light we ordered 2 meals one with coleslaw one with mashed potatoes, no gravy. We got one meal with mashed potatoes n gravy. Only noticed because I only got one drink. When I said I needed another drink I was told I only ordered one meal. She said she only charged me for one, and I might add it was wrong. Gave her my card and ordered the second meal again. Didn't get a receipt for either charge. Or sides were both wrong, didn't get the coleslaw and one drink was wrong. The lady working the drive thru needs to find a job she enjoys cause she wasn't happy with the one at this KFC. Don't think I will be going back any time soon.

My husband brought some KFC from Greensburg PA home and I was looking forward to eating a small chicken leg, until a long hair flossed my teeth with the other end still sticking in the breading. Aren't they supposed to wear hair nets?

I know it was a little late but I put in for a quick pick up order and the lady that was there rolled her eyes and had an attitude, very rude!! Never again will I order from there. So much for customer satisfaction!!

The WORST KFC I have ever been in. Absolutely awful service. Placed order online and waited over 30 minutes to get our order. WILL NOT BE RETURNING! AND I WILL TELL EVERY PERSON I KNOW AND SEE NOT TO EAT THERE!

Was not sure about the saucy chicken nuggets so I tried them. Not bad but not worth the hype. Only 1 car in front of me and it took 8 minutes from the time I pulled up to the microphone before my order was taken. They did mess up my order the meal I got came with a biscuit and I ordered 2 more and only got 2. Obviously I wasn't going back to drive through as another 8 minutes my food may have been cold I tried to order online but the store doesn't take online orders.
