The store is so dingy and looks different than the picture. Upon coming to leave a review after my horrid dining experience I decided to read some other reviews. Low and behold it isn't just me! I felt very discriminated against and talked down to. My whole entire meal was disgusting and old as if it sat the whole day. I actually recorded my interaction with the cashier older lady and she appeared to be so jittery as if she were under the influence of a substance. I remained very calm and will post the video soon on social media so the world can see what I seen. (Racism/Nasty attitudes)

Did an online order said ready within 15 mins. Got there was told it would be over an hour before ready the was told I had to call customer service to cancel and get refund. Called for refund and that was like jumping through hoops. Worst KFC I've ever been to

The person who took my order was rude. Told it would be 35 mins so I decided to wait as this is what my child wanted for her birthday dinner. So I go in after 45 mins of waiting to a rude response and basically told to get out and didn't even said two words to the woman working. Who i believe is the manager. I will be driving as far away to go to a different kfc this one will never get my money again. The time was around 6ish. I have watched people drive off upset. This place should be ran better or atleast have kinder staff

Stopped in for dinner. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before I saw a sign that read dining room for online orders only. Placed my order online, waited a few minutes and picked it up in the drive thru. Opened up my 4 piece chicken strips meal when I got home and 3 of the 4 were burnt. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. The 3 piece chicken box was supposed to be extra crispy. Only 2 pieces were and half the biscuit was missing. This place has gone downhill in the past year, and I don't see it lasting much longer.

the people working were very rude and wouldn’t let us speak they just slammed the window on us. they gave us the wrong and wouldn’t let us try and tell them it was wrong they insisted they were right and slammed the window again. terrible service i’m pissed

Lobby locked all day
Even just to pick up mobile orders have to sit in drive thru.
Ridiculous, hire more people or just close up shop
