unbelievably slow, 30 minute wait in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order at the 6199 Rt 30 Greensburg PA location. 10 vehicles in line and a sign on the door that mobile orders where unable to be picked up inside
Omg! What an awful experience!! Placed a curbside pick up. Arrived on site and the app showed me there with a time and gave me a receipt. I waited on the car for 15 minutes and went inside. They said the app wasn't working and they didn't know I was there (yet the happy meals and milk shakes were on the back counter). The guy had to hand write my order and gather it.
